These Terms of Service govern your use of expensivedowntime.com and any products purchased through it. By using this site or purchasing the Downtime Resilience Toolkit, you agree to these terms.

Products and access

The Downtime Resilience Toolkit is a digital product consisting of six fill-in documents delivered as PDF and HTML files. After purchase, you receive a private access link to download and use those documents.

Your access link is for personal or business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the documents publicly.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. Expensive Downtime does not store your payment information.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund on all purchases. See our Refund Policy for details.

Disclaimer

The Downtime Resilience Toolkit provides general documentation templates for business continuity planning. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional IT advice. Results depend on how you complete and use the documents. Expensive Downtime is not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or security incidents.

All content on this site, including the toolkit documents, is owned by Expensive Downtime. You may use the documents for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute them commercially.
