If the Downtime Resilience Toolkit isn't what you expected, email dave@expensivedowntime.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send an email to dave@expensivedowntime.com with your order number or the email address you used to purchase. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, purchases are final.
Processing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 3 to 10 business days after the refund is issued.
