What We Collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. Here is what we gather and why.

Email address. If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't ask for your name, company, or phone number.

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site. This includes pages visited, time on site, general location (country/region), device type, and browser. This data is aggregated and not tied to your email address.

Calculator inputs. When you use the Downtime Cost Calculator, your inputs stay in your browser. We do not send them to any server or store them anywhere.

How We Use Your Data

Email. We use your email address to send you useful content about preventing IT downtime. This includes a welcome sequence and occasional updates. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.

Analytics. We use analytics data to understand which content is helpful and to improve the site. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

Your Rights

Unsubscribe anytime. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list. No questions, no delays.

Delete your data. Every email also includes a link to permanently remove your address from our database.
